Herbal Formulations and Novel Drug Delivery Systems of Moringa oleifera
Abstract
Advances in formulation science have opened new possibilities for delivering Moringa oleifera phytoconstituents more effectively. This chapter reviews conventional herbal formulations and novel drug delivery systems - including nanoformulations - developed to improve the stability, solubility and bioavailability of Moringa actives while preserving their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential.
