• Subscription credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Unused credits expire and cannot be refunded after the validity period
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time during the subscription period

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are payable in advance
• Automatic renewal is available for convenience (can be cancelled anytime)
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Institutional and corporate accounts may arrange custom payment terms

• Authors retain copyright of their work
• WiseLeaf Scientific Ventures receives non-exclusive rights for publication and distribution
• Published works are distributed through our global network
• Authors may not publish identical content elsewhere without disclosure

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Payments

• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and institutional purchase orders
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise

6.2 Individual Publication Fees

• Fees are charged only after manuscript acceptance
• Payment must be completed within 30 days of acceptance notification
• Failure to pay within the specified period may result in withdrawal of acceptance

7. Refund Policy

WiseLeaf Scientific Ventures maintains a strict no-refund policy to ensure service quality and fair resource allocation. All payments for publications, subscriptions, and services are considered final upon transaction completion.

7.2 Subscription Refund Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered for subscription services under the following specific conditions:

• Usage Threshold: You must have utilized less than 50% of your allocated publication credits
• Valid Reason: You must demonstrate legitimate dissatisfaction with our services through documented evidence
• Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of subscription purchase
• Proportional Calculation: Any approved refund will be calculated based on unused credits only, minus processing fees

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Individual article publication fees after manuscript processing begins
• Book publishing services after editorial review commences
• Expedited review or processing fees
• Administrative or setup fees
• Digital access to published content

7.4 Refund Process

To request a refund consideration under the exceptional circumstances outlined above:

2. Provide documentation supporting your dissatisfaction claim
3. Allow 10-15 business days for review and response
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain ownership of your submitted manuscripts and published works
• You grant us necessary rights for publishing, distribution, and promotional purposes
• You warrant that your content doesn't infringe on third-party rights

• Our website design, logos, and proprietary content are protected by copyright
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Published content may be accessed according to subscription or purchase terms

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized, fraudulent, or ethically questionable content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the security or operation of our services
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Submit content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Remaining subscription credits may be used until expiry
• No refunds for unused time in subscription periods

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
