Abstract

The safe use of any herbal drug depends on rigorous evaluation of its toxicity and consistent standardization. This chapter examines the safety profile of Moringa oleifera, reported toxicological findings, and the analytical and standardization approaches required to ensure quality, reproducibility and regulatory compliance of Moringa-based products.
